This work is titled “Bubble Dwellers in a Shit Storm.” I created it to include in a book titled “A Year of Resistance 2017: Artists Moved to Action” published by Margaret Parker. It is 26″ x 26″ framed. It is a mixed media piece in a way – involving a photograph of an acrylic painting imported into Photoshop and overlaid with a photograph I took with my iPhone in a park in Manhattan. It was reworked in Photoshop to pull the painting together with the photograph, and then printed on canvas.
This illustration was created in Adobe Illustrator as a logo for Mindo Chocolate Makers. The illustration was printed on German Etching paper 22″ x 22″ and framed is 26″ x 26″.
